Optimization of thermal and hydrophobic properties of GO-doped epoxy nanocomposite coatings

Abstract Corrosion and icing are common problems in aerospace wind power fields. In order to improve the thermal hydrophobic properties of epoxy-based anticorrosive coatings expand application various working environments, modified graphene oxide (GO) was introduced into prepare GO/polyvinyl butyral/epoxy resin nanocomposite coatings. The preparation process coating optimized by response surface method. Through heat transfer experiment contact angle experiment, fitting model influence factors values were established, with heating rate as value. It is reported that optimum parameter 0.218°C/s, 85.757°. maximum error verified 8.58%, which indicates reliability RSM optimization result high. results parameters can meet requirements high properties.
